Libbi Jane Tippins

We have decided to name our precious little one Libbi Jane! We knew that we wanted to use Jane as a middle name, after my Nana, but could not decide on a first name. One day Jeffrey came home from work and said, "I think I like the name Libbi" (mind you, this was after he suggested Margarine, Futon, Blane Jane, etc...) I was totally floored that he not only suggested a SERIOUS name, but a good one. From then on, we started referring to her as Libbi and it just stuck! We felt like it was meant to be once we looked up the meaning of each of her names...Libbi means "God's Promise" and Jane means "God is Gracious." What better way to experience the faithfulness and grace of our God than through the birth of a precious child?
