As you may remember, Groundhog Day is one of my favorite "holidays." I'm pretty sure I'm one of the only people in the world that likes to celebrate it. I really couldn't care less if the groundhog sees his shadow or if we're having an early Spring. However, we still have a soft spot for Groundhog Day.
