six...

i'm late with this, but i just couldn't let my first baby's birthday pass without a post (or two, or three…ha! more coming later this week) 

so in honor of my sweet libbi jane turning six on june 22nd….

When I was One, 

I had just begun.

When I was Two, 

I was nearly new.

When I was Three,

I was hardly Me.

When I was Four, 

I was not much more.

When I was Five, 

I was just alive.

But now I am Six, I'm as clever as clever.

So I think I'll be six now for ever and ever.

*if you have a six year old or really any young child, this book is the sweetest! 

it is full of simple little poems that they can read and the illustrations are precious.

i love it and so does libbi! :)
