welcome to "total tippins takeover" ....the blog. :)
i am a sinner saved by the grace of God. i would be lost without the promise of new mercies and new mornings. i love my husband and my girls more than anything on this earth. i have a slight obsession with monograms and shopping for my girls is one of my favorite hobbies! :) i enjoy a good book, office supplies, people magazines, crossword puzzles, blogging, reality tv, fountain cokes, praise and worship music, christmastime, taking pictures, and pretending i know how to sew.
i met jeffrey when i was in the eighth grade and we had our first "date" not long after that. we were married eleven years later. in october of 2007 i officially became a "tippins."

i am a georgia girl through and through and love all things "southern." i graduated from the university of georgia (go dawgs!) and taught kindergarten for five years before staying home with our girls.
i started writing this blog in january of 2009 when i was pregnant with libbi. i thought it would be an easy way to help our friends and family keep up with our pregnancy and as a fun way to journal what was going on in our lives. i had no idea that there was even such a thing as a "blog world." i honestly thought it was just something that a few teacher's at my school did in their free time - ha! little did i know there was SO much more to learn....
the blog has evolved over the years as our lives have changed. what started out as "tippins family of 2...soon to be 3!" changed to "live.laugh.love...and libbi!" and finally found a home with "total tippins takeover"

our sweet libbi jane was born on june 22, 2009. she is the spunkiest, sassiest, and sweetest three year old i know. we love her to pieces!

our darling liza june was born on july 18, 2013. she arrived four weeks early and spent a little time in the NICU, but she's now thriving and growing each and every day! she is our laid back, happy little baby and we are so thankful she is part of our family. her big sisters adore her and it's not hard to see why! :)
